1. Print-on-Demand Products
All our products are made to order specifically for you. Since each item is custom-produced, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dinkanddrop.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong size or design, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
4. Size Guide
Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We are not responsible for size chosen incorrectly.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
